Eating food while it is still warm

Wash your hands with soap after using the toilet, before eating or serving food, after cleaning children who used the toilet, and before and after caring for a sick person.

When cholera is suspected, stay hydrated with Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS), as it can save your life. Seek medical help, continue giving ORS on the way to a health facility, and keep breastfeeding your baby.
